This Privacy Policy explains how ReelHookAI ("we", "us"), a business owned and operated by Amit Hakikat in Israel, collects, uses and protects personal information when you contact us, including through WhatsApp. ReelHookAI creates AI-generated UGC-style video ads for brands.

We receive and reply to WhatsApp messages through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). When you message our WhatsApp business number, your messages go through Meta's infrastructure so that we can receive them and reply.

We do not ask for sensitive information over WhatsApp. Please do not send payment card details or other sensitive data in a message.

4. How we use information

We use this information only to communicate with you. That means answering your questions, sending quotes and samples, providing and delivering the services you ask for, and sending messages related to the service. We do not use it for automated decisions that have legal effects on you. We do not send marketing messages on WhatsApp unless you have opted in, and you can opt out at any time by replying "STOP".

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.

6. Sharing

We share WhatsApp data only with Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates. Meta acts as our service provider (data processor) to deliver messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta's handling of the data is also covered by Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Meta may process data outside Israel.

We keep WhatsApp conversation data for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, records linked to invoices). After that we delete it. Meta keeps message data on its Cloud API servers only for the limited time it needs to deliver messages, as stated in Meta's terms.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. To do this, email support@reelhookai.com from any address or send "DELETE MY DATA" on WhatsApp. Include the phone number you used to message us. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep certain records. You may also file a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. These include restricted access to business accounts and two-factor authentication where available.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
