Terms of Service
Effective date: October 26, 2026
These terms apply to video ad services provided by ReelHookAI, owned by Amit Hakikat, Israel ("we"). By ordering, you ("Client") agree to them.
1. Services
We create short UGC-style video ads using AI tools, according to the package ordered and the script approved by the Client before production.
2. AI content disclosure
Presenters, voices and some visuals are AI-generated. Avatars are not real people and must not be presented as real customers or used to make claims about real customer experiences. The Client agrees to label AI content as required by each advertising platform's rules and applicable law.
3. Client materials
The Client confirms it owns or has the right to use all materials it provides (product images, footage, logos, claims) and is responsible for the accuracy and legality of product claims in the ads.
4. Usage rights
After full payment, the Client receives a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the delivered videos for organic and paid advertising on any platform, and to edit them. We may show delivered work in our portfolio unless the Client asks us not to. Third-party AI tools, music and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses.
5. Revisions
Each package includes the number of revisions stated on the website (Test: 2, Scale: 3, Creative Pack: extended). Revisions cover changes within the approved script and concept; new concepts or scripts are quoted separately.
6. Payment and refunds
Prices are in USD and payable in advance. If we have not started production, you may cancel for a full refund. Once the script is approved and production starts, payments are non-refundable, but we will work with you through the included revisions. If we fail to deliver, you will receive a full refund.
7. Delivery
Delivery times (3–6 days) start after the script is approved and all materials are received, and are estimates.
8. Liability
Services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific advertising results or platform approval. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
